Chuck Manning is the Director of Voyage Into Paranormal Society of Ohio, founder of Haunted Like Me (a 24 hour paranormal help line), and founder of the American Paranormal Association. Chuck is a character and likes to keep it light and brings a level of skepticism that makes the program interesting.
